Technical Support Representative - TEMP WFH

Vacancy:
• TSR - US Campaign - Voice Account
· No experience in BPO is required
· At least High School graduate or College level of any course
· Open for Fresh Graduates (not studying or enrolled)
· Technical background is a PLUS
· Good communication skills
· Amenable to work on a Night Shift Schedule and/or Shifting Schedule
· Amenable to work in Ortigas Area (after pandemic)
· Preferably has own Desktop PC/Laptop with: Intel Corei5 processor / 8GB ram / 500 GB HDD
· SHOULD HAVE Headset (with noise cancelling feature)
· MUST HAVE Internet Connection: At least 25mbps | Wired Connection | Fiber
