Are you a CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST who who is confident on the phone and communicating?

The CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST will be first point for contact on the phone, assisting with taking and replying messages from customers.  Making calls to customers and assisting with administration.  Also, see below for further job details.

Our UK business is looking for people who want to work with us full-time for years.  You must commit yourself to work for our company only and full-time.

This open position is for a full-time CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE.

While we do offer training, we do require you to come up with Solutions and solve problems.

You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate well verbally and in written form.

Is this a full-time job?
Yes it is. We expect a full 40 hour workweek (we use TimeDoctor to track time.)

Do I have to work certain hours?
Yes, 8 hours per day between 8 and 5 UK TIME (3 pm and 12pm PST).  There maybe a 1-2 hour flexibility on the above times.

What’s the salary?
Our base salary starts at 30,000 PHP/month but we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you have experience that requires more, please let us know.

No. We are a committed team so we ask that you commit to only working with us.
