MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR

We don’t care if you have no work experience. We don’t care about your educational attainment. We want to work with people who are HIGHLY MOTIVATED and DRIVEN.

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to be our mortgage loan processors.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL POSITION.

Upon completion of the first 6 months , we will issue certificates. After 10 months, we will issue specialized professional certificates.

The potential salary is up to PHP 150,000.00 a month, including bonuses. The pay plan is a base salary amounting to PHP 10,000.00 + PHP 15,000.00 PER CASE BONUS (earn as much as you can).

This job is NOT for people who are not able to perform. This requires excellent MARKETING SKILLS.

The duties include, but not limited to the following:

Self Marketing, Lead generation, Facebook Landing page, Answering client questions regarding programs (Training will be provided), Obtain leads from multiple sources, Pick up leads, and Contact leads.

Some tasks will be:

Obtain or complete loan applications
Collect related and required documentations
Follow the checklist and upload documents to lender portal
Keep clients informed of the process via email text or phone.
Order various reports
Coordinate with vendors and other 3rd party
Save all files matching to folders.
