Medical Scribe

Seeking VA for medical transcription.

Must have medical knowledge, preferably psychiatric/mental health. Experience with writing H&P, SOAP notes. Understand medical terminology and important components of notes, ie: psychiatric evaluation. Will be working with a variety of EHR systems. Notes are to be completed within 24 hours.

I typically send dictations, and or some brief notes to use to write up a thorough patient note. May evolve to live scribing during patient office visits.

If there aren't any notes to write up, I may need assistance with other medical assistant related tasks.
