HR MANAGER

We are a California Based Online Company. As our business is growing faster, we are currently needing the services of an EXPERIENCED HR Manager who exemplifies Independence, is Self-motivated and is driven in different areas.

As HR, you will be responsible for:

Sourcing and networking of different roles for US clients if needed.
Administration of candidate hiring process including call outs and screening interviews
Ensuring regular endorsement and submission of candidates to managers
Salary negotiation and conducting job offers
Establishing good business relationships with the stakeholders and act as an SME by providing recommendations for all recruitment-related concerns
Monitoring and maintaining recruitment trackers and reports to be submitted on a given deadline
Monitoring & driving team performance

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Above average English communication and interpersonal skills
