NextJS - ReactJS - TailwindCSS - JAM Developer - Work From Home

Can you take an idea, existing website or UX/UI concept and build fast, lean and highly optimised web sites using ReactJS, TailwindCSS, NextJS and KeystoneJS?


Currently we have both part-time and full time positions available.

We are a UK based company with a team of remote workers based in the Philippines so operate over both time zones, you choose your hours and there will always be a member of management ready to assist if needed pretty much 24hrs 6 days per week. Oh, we are all really nice folk so no worries with grumpy bosses.

Well, this might just be the perfect job for you! We are a lean and dynamic company focused on building a portfolio of high end web sites in the product and software review space.

The winning candidate will be tasked with assisting our team to build out a number of sites.

Must-Haves:
• At least 3 Years of working experience in building high-quality Websites using JAMStack/ReactJs frameworks;
• Experience building consumer-facing websites;
• Deep knowledge and experience building with ether Mean or Mern;
• Writing high-performance, reusable code for UI components;
• Experience with working remotely;
• Good personal and project management skills;
• Project management skills using LEAN principles;
• Understanding of optimal on site SEO best practices;
• Knowledge of optimal hosting/CDN setups, Netlify etc;
• Spoken English.

• Possess a spirit of generosity.

Nice to Have
• Typescript development experience;
• Experience with backend API design and modeling;
• UX/UI experience using tools such as XD or Figma a big advantage;
• Curious about a broad range of new or unfamiliar technologies, our consumer base, and product vision;
• Taking a thoughtful, practical approach to problem-solving that considers tradeoffs and avoids over-engineering.

• Developing web sites using modern javascript based tech stacks.
• Lead and collaborate with product managers to build delightful, highly performant, and accessible user experiences.
• Enable and ship complex product experiences with exceptional quality on a regular, rapid cadence.
