Real Estate - Team Lead - Grow your career in 2021!

We are a real estate investment company, specializing in land. We are looking for a part-time business operations team lead to help take our company to the next level. This position provides the opportunity to learn and work directly with the owner and founder of the company to drive growth by building and implementing repeatable systems and ---------- addition, you will be training other members of the team on these processes, tracking progress, and making sure that deliverables are met based on predetermined schedules.
This part-time position is remote and estimated to be 10-20 hours per week. Work where you want, and when you want each week! Access to a personal computer and a reliable internet connection are required.

Must have experience being in a Team Lead Position for at least 2 years. Must have at least 4 years of experience. All other applications will be ignored.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to…
Work with the existing tea ---------- mbers to learn various aspects of the current business. This involves aspects of Acquisitions, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to understand how our business operates.
Building and documenting business systems and processes
Populating new acquisitions and sales data
Helping build and update business growth metrics
Providing customer support for existing customers (billing questions, defaults, etc.)
Scanning, uploading and mailing deeds to be recorded
Managing and forecasting acquisition mailing campaigns
Assisting with county research
Supporting the business owner with additional ad-hoc activities as needed
