JOB OVERVIEW

Background
I own a company that provides high quality children’s extracurricular and enrichment activities in Australia and I am launching two other business. The customer care, operations support and finance are all done by my philippines-based home-based team, most of whom have been working for me since 2017.

I'm looking for a professional Coordinator of Digital to join my philippines based team to work across these businesses and to work on establishing and curating my personal brand.

Job description

I have a position open for an professional Coordinator of Digital to work full time hours on Philippines timezone from home to assist me with all aspects of digital presence across a coaching/consultancy business, a kids activity business and a VA agency.



Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all parts of student database are accurate, and changes are updated before the end of each shift.
Tracking daily reports and tasks, and calling them toensure compliance
Assisting with email enquiries and providing excellent email customer service to our families.
Balance end of day takings and investigate payment and attendance discrepancies.
Ensure quality and timeliness of data entry.
Ensure that outstanding payments are followed up with in conjunction with Customer Care Manager
Provide exceptional administrative assistance to teaching and other Customer Care staff.
Preparing a weekly report of staff hours and invoices received.
Other administrative support as required
Demonstrating accuracy and efficiency of work

Pay and conditions
PHP 35,000/m package plus bonuses for successful projects after 6 month probationary ---------- P 30,000 package during probationary period.
Hours 9am to 6pm (ph time) Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.

Must have excellent written english skills for drafting content and appropriately responding to social media comments.
Strong problem solving skills.
Highly organised
Social media advertising and results reporting
Good working knowledge of Facbook, Instagram, tiktok, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Medium.
Ability to curate and enhance digital content based on supplied raw images, photos and text.
Experience with photo and video editing
Wordpress site creating and website configuation experience (hosting, nameservers etc)
High attention to detail.
Able to find an correct data inaccuracies.
