Sourcer

Position Overview

The sourcer will source the candidates as per the given skillsets in Job description by using Boolean Search. This helps the hiring manager and recruiters find potential candidates proactively

Requirements:
• Open to work in a start up environment in an recruiting agency setting
• Sourcing and connect with qualified candidates daily
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and motivated

Responsibilities:
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates
• Communicate with manager
• Find and potential candidate on LinkedIn, Indeed, Google x-ray
Other duties as tasked.
