Experienced Person in posting our YouTube content & growing the channel

[Intro]

My name is Evan. My team & I run a business in the cryptocurrency space where I help myself and others grow passive income with cryptocurrency so they don't have to work anymore. And I help people do this through YouTube videos.

(just for background) On the channel we focus on 2 things: working the decentralized finance space (DeFi) to help people make more money by investing in DeFi yield farming/staking. Also, we work in physical crypto mining using fast computers & specially designed crypto mining devices.

[Who we're looking for]

We are looking for A+ players who are smart, and have great spoken & written english.

We are looking for people who have experience in YouTube video posting meaning experience doing the following for each video (goal 2-3 videos created 5 days a week):

—tags

—optimizing title

--creating relevant description

--creating thumbnail (on canva from my template)

--optimize video postings with TubeBuddy app

—find best content to post videos on in the defi crypto space using apps & tools

++ We also would be interested in other methods or tools you've used in your previous YouTube posting experience. (developing content calendars is a plus but not needed)

On top of posting the content on YouTube I would like you to post it in relevant areas of ---------- , reddit, blogs, comments and any other areas you think people could benefit from the content.

Also down the line I will need a ---------- or telegram made for building a community

My goal is to grow this YouTube channel to over 250,000 subs in 1 year.

Also, it would be nice but not a necessity if you're interested in cryptocurrency, investing, and making money with crypto online. (reason being is because you would find the job more engaging, interesting & applicable to your life through learning how to make passive income.)

- I expect you to be able to work each day that you say that you're available
- fluent English both written & spoken
- be able to manage me (your boss) meaning if I'm busy and not getting back to you reach ---------- t up times for us to talk too
- being very well organized on our project management software (notion.so) and being able to turn video chats or loom videos I send you into actionable tasks
- being able to do research & be able to learn and focus on certain areas in the crypto space, add research to spreadsheets, and communicate insights & suggestions learned....to me
- taking on any admin tasks that come up
- light video editing (optional, not needed)
