Manychat Chatbot Builder

We are a chat marketing agency that specializes in lead generation for brands and influencers looking for a full-time Pro Chatbot Builder to help us build out Messenger and Instagram lead generation campaigns.

We are seeking a tea ---------- mber that will create amazing user experiences, translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, creating dynamic, intuitive, and functional chatbots for ---------- this role, you will work with support, sales, content writing, marketing, and the product team to deliver comprehensive and consistent user experiences through various touchpoints with our customers.

What you will do:
- Engagement campaigns to boost audience engagement
- Page likes campaigns
- Message campaigns

Responsibilities:
- Prepare chatbot storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Strong experience with automation and integration with third-party apps
- Discuss designs and key milestone deliverables with peers and executives
- Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback
- Set design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest chatbot trends, techniques, and technologies

Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience working with ManyChat and/or other chatbot interfaces
- Strong presentational and team player abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability

As a chatbot designer, you will be involved with the entire process of creating and designing interactions between users and bots. You'll collaborate on storyboards, user flows, site maps to communicate design ideas effectively among your tea ---------- mbers as well as executives at work. Continuous testing is required for this role; research new trends in technology while staying up-to-date with best practices based off feedback from customers or testers.
