UI/UX Designer

Part time leading to full time.

Expert UX Designer required to produce high quality website designs using Figma and Markup.

If you’re a talented UX designer looking to build a strong relationship with a growing web design company, we need you. Stephen is Northern Ireland’s number one web designer for lead-generating websites, and he’s hiring!

Clients don’t need to settle for a poor-quality website that turns potential customers away. Instead, they can invest in a high-quality option that leads more people to click that ‘contact now’ button.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects - we would like to see REAL projects. Ideally your concept and links to live sites.
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma
Experience of project management tools e.g. Clickup and Slack
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various team members both in the Philippines and in Northern Ireland.
Good time-management skills. Must be able to hit deadlines.

The ideal candidate is someone who feels comfortable working on their own but equally isn’t afraid to ask for help or clarification. Also, someone who’s not afraid to tell us if they have a better idea!

If selected, you would start on a small trial project followed by a 3-month probation with the goal of moving into a permanent position.

Working hours:
40 hours per week — flexible with 4 core hours per day
