Our fast-growing Team with over 100 clients (and counting) is looking for skilled and motivated Customer Experience agents, just like you, to assist our amazing clients with
Skills Required
Fluent and strong English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and Ability to stay calm during stressful situations, turning customer complaints into positive experiences
Basic proficiency with computers and websites
Coding / software skills not necessary, but being tech-savvy is required
Can read and understand a problem correctly.
At least 6 months experience in the customer service field.
A sense of responsibility and
Ability to follow instructions, but independent enough to break the mold when necessary.
Manage workload, deadlines, and priorities.
Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience in using Slack, Monday, Todoist or similar platform
Must be able to communicate via Live Chat, Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and
Reliable Internet Connection (Backup ISP is also required!)

Create solution-based
Onboard New Clients
Answer to
Answer to chat massage
Fix appointments with prospective clients
Assign tickets to respective engineering team
Help customers understand our app and how to be successful with it
Attend team meetings to check in with client and fellow team members

For full time positions: 9.00 to 6.00 pacific time (USA)
