SKILLED YouTube Video Editor Needed

I have an educational YouTube channel and I'm looking for a long-term video editor that is SKILLED enough to do videos like these:

Notice how both videos have edits or transitions in every few seconds to keep the audience hooked. Also those videos also have some animations or overlays to better demonstrate and match with the voiceover.

Requirements:
1) Know what kind of edits to match with the voiceover and make the entire video interesting
2) Able to produce 3+ videos per week
3) Honest and able to respond promptly
