YouTube SEO Manager

For our creative agency that specializes in YouTube for Realtors, we’re looking for a YouTube SEO Manager.

You need to have:
- Excellent English Skills (Both Written and Spoken)
- Extreme attention to detail
- A love for research and learning new things
- The ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks for long periods of time, without losing focus
- Team Spirit
- Client oriented mindset
- Experience with YouTube SEO (prefered) or a willingness to be trained
- An eagerness to learn and keep learning

Your Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- YouTube Title and Topic Research: You’ll research YouTube video topics and exact titles for our clients, based on search volume and competition - with the goal to rank our clients’ videos in the YouTube Search Results.
- YouTube SEO Optimization: You’ll be in charge of prepping all YouTube video SEO work for our clients. You’ll create YouTube SEO Briefs (title, tags, description) that our Upload Manager can then use to upload and schedule the clients’ videos.
- YouTube Channel Optimization: You’ll be in charge of optimizing our clients’ YouTube Channels for the YouTube Search results (think: Channel tags, description, URLs, Playlists, etc)
- YouTube Channel Audits and Video Analytics: Each month you’ll go into our clients’ YouTube channel and use the YouTube Analytics to report on what’s working and what isn’t.
