YouTube Upload Manager/Data Entry Specialist

For our creative agency that specializes in YouTube for Realtors, we’re looking for a YouTube Uploads manager and Data Entry Specialist.

You need to have:
- Excellent English Skills (Both Written and Spoken)
- Extreme attention to detail
- The ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks for long periods of time, without losing focus
- Team Spirit
- Client oriented mindset
- Experience with YouTube Uploads, social media scheduling, data entry
- A willingness to learn and keep learning

Your Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- YouTube Video Uploads + Optimization + Scheduling: Based on a provided briefing you’ll upload our clients’ YouTube videos to their channels. You’ll Optimize them for SEO by adding the correct title, description, tags, thumbnail, cards, endscreen, etc. You’ll schedule them for the correct date and time.
- Keeping track of upload schedules: It is your job to make sure our clients’ don’t run out of content on their YouTube channel. Whenever you notice a client is running low on content, you immediately inform their account manager so he can fix the issue.
- Client Progress File: Our creative process has many moving ---------- ’s your job to keep our Client Progress file up to date on a weekly basis. You’ll add when we’ve sent them video topics, when they’ve sent us editing requests, when we’ve uploaded videos, etc…
- Social Media Scheduling: You’ll be in charge of scheduling all the agency’s social media content through Buffer.
