Virtual Assistant with Sales Experience / Appointment Setters

We are looking for Appointment Setters who can work full time. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. We expect you to have adept networking skills, know how to connect with the right people, and leverage their network at the right time.

An SDR A-Player is someone who daily embodies service and a bias towards action. Beyond this, their dream is to build out a team of SDR's, or develop into a full setter role. They also enjoy going above the call of duty to ensure that not only do we hit 5% growth, but we set processes and systems up that allow us to go beyond this. At the end of the day, this role is for someone who is results-driven, because regardless of everything above, we’re here to make a difference.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Mon-Fri (40 hours/week)
Can work Nightshift (CST)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Has Excellent Communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
- Previous appointment setting /booking/scheduling or calendar management experience is an advantage
- Previous work Social media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn) management experience and/or relevant chat/email support experience
- Previous customer service experience is ideal
- Lead Generation Experience is a PLUS
- Has proactive personality, self-starter, and driven
- Ability to organize diversified workload, manage time, and can work independently

PAY RATE: $4-5
