Project & Client Relations Manager

We are looking for a professional project manager and client service superstar to join our small yet mighty team.

You will be responsible for managing clients' orders and projects from start to finish, coordinating with the team, and replying to prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Work

- Answer inbound messages on various messaging platforms and EMAIL
- Send quotes, order forms, and invoices
- Follow up on clients that don't reply to improve closing rate

Client Service Happiness

- Answer after-sales messages in the relevant messaging channels
- Manage projects and communicate with the team about their status

Project Management

- Assist team leader if needed with assignments
- Assist team leader in monitoring orders with the relevant internal team.
- Coordinate with team leader when it comes to workload, urgent orders, special requests.
- Communicate with team members on the status of projects and adjust timelines, as needed.
- Making sure that all deliveries are on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 2 years experience of sales experience
- At least 2 years of client management and customer service (B2B business 2 business is preferred)
- At least 2 years experience in managing projects
- Impeccable spoken and written English (No typos!)
- Experience in e-commerce, especially Amazon is a plus but not required.
- Familiar with Project Management tools such as Asana, Notion, Clickup, etc
- Knowledge of another EU language (French, Italian, German, Spanish) is a huge plus but not required.

Work conditions:

- Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work on weekends (schedule will be defined)
