----------  is a boutique coaching and consulting firm for high-level Conscious Entrepreneurs, Conscious Leaders, and Life Coaches. We are looking for a YouTube video creator and YouTube channel ---------- itially, this is a part-time contractor position which turns into full-time employment depending on performance. If your content ends up being popular or viral, bringing in plenty of organic targeted traffic, we will switch you from a part-time contractor position to a more favourable full-time employment position.

Applicants are welcome from around the world, although at this point we are preferring to hire talent from the Philippines.


Responsibilities and Duties
====================
- Create videos for our blog posts using the video wizard we give you and post to our YouTube channel.
- Use the tools we give you to make new, better YouTube video thumbnails for our old and new YouTube videos
- Use the tools we give you to optimise the tags and descriptions on our old and new YouTube videos
- YouTube video editing

NOTE: Most of our videos are in the personal development niche. A keen interest in the personal development niche will be of added benefit, because a keen interest in this field is critical to producing good content, staying passionate, and being part of our company culture.

Will also provide additional training and tools to raise your skills and abilities to the next level.


Qualifications
===========
- Proficient in written English, with very good grammar
- Experience with simple posting videos on YouTube.
- Self-driven and self-motivated, good work ethic. You must be proactive and take initiative such as following up on things as need be, offering improvement ideas freely, have a history of taking on additional responsibility at previous jobs, finding solutions to complete your jobs better, and so on. You must have drive!
- You must be able to communicate clearly and well in English, spoken and in writing.
