Personal Real Estate Assistant – Full-Time Job at KayPatel Realty Team

The Kay PatelRealty Team is talent scouting for the newest qualified individual to join our enthusiastic evergrowing team with qualities including excellent communication skills, outstanding time management skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with others, takes initiative, is a self-starter with the ability to withstand the pressures of customer service and deadlines as well as a team player.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Handle and Coordinate Daily Appointments
• Manage Client Relationship Tasks (ie. follow up emails and calls)
• Manage Social Media and Website Advertising
• Data Entry
• Create Flyers and Marketing Materials
• Ensure File Organization (based on office standards)
• Prepare and Complete Various Documentations
• Complete paperwork pertaining to listings and sales

Qualifications for this position:
• Must be proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Must have a firm understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and similar programs
• Must be courteous, positive and service-oriented
• Must have great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have own transportation and full-time availability
• Must have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience
• Familiarity with Canva, Matrix, Top Producer and Webforms an asset
