Full-Time Inventory Assistant - Morning Shift!

We’re an Australian-based business looking for an Inventory Assistant to join us on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity especially if you’d love to work on morning shifts!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists the inventory planner in managing the inventory within the distribution network for our physical stores and e-commerce site.
• Responsible for accurate customer allocations.
• Assists the Finance Team with inventory control and reconciliations.
• Monitors PO invoices and tracks their status.
• Works closely with the retail stores to create and fulfill order needs
• Any other tasks where required


WHO YOU ARE:
• Thorough and accurate when accomplishing a task.
• Must be able to analyze data to check for errors and inaccuracies.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• At least intermediate understanding of inventory management (Required).
• At least 3 years of e-Commerce experience using Shopify (Required).
• Knowledge of Lightspeed is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of creating reports and MS Excel a plus.
