We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can assist the Hiring team to do recruitment for 8 hours a day, (Monday to Friday Pacific) for 1-2 months. When there come a time that we have a full time vacancy, you will be part of the priority list.
What are required:
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Recruitment Specialist is required
• Applicants must be willing to work during 8am to 5pm US Pacific time (11pm-8am Philippines time and adjusted when its not DST)
• With background in Recruitment and Employee Relations/Engagement
• Computer Savvy with ample experience in using Excel and other software tools as needed.
• Good communication skill (oral and written) is a must.
• Familiarity with the use of HRIS is a PLUS
• Preferrably with experience working in IT/Software Development industries or have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Applicants must have a good working laptop and a stable internet connection to conduct seamless online interviews and meetings.
• Stable internet connection and dedicated laptop required
• Currently residing in the Philippines
What you will do:
• Source candidates through various recruitment sources
• Conduct and monitor various online recruiting campaigns
• Create job descriptions
• Perform recruitment activities from vetting, conducting interviews, facilitating assessments, negotiating offers, and keeping the documentation updated.
• Other duties as assigned
About you:
• With proven experience in recruitment field
• With strong analytical skills and the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers
• With strong consulting skills and can work well within a team
• Have a strong client service focus
• Have experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS
• Have strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Well versed in written and oral communication
