Customer Service

We are a fast-growing U.S. based company seeking a Work-at-Home Sales Rep to make “cold” calls.

We require someone with great customer support experience to hear customer questions, perform data entry, field phone calls, complete various project, etc.

We pay $4.50 US Dollars Per Hour

Job Details:
- Excellent ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiar with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Good Communication and Writing Skills
- Must have a fast HIGH SPEED internet connection
- Must have a quiet home office to work from
- Graveyard Shift (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
