Graphic Designer Facebook and TikTok Ads

We're looking for a designer who can create a large set of creatives for our agency long term. The job will take about 40hours/week. We will be providing some brand specifications, but parts will be left up to you to design. We are not looking for highly complex ads, but ones that are to the point and easy to read.

We're looking for someone who can:
- Design ads for Facebook and ---------- , IE both video and images
- Turn ad designs around within 24 hours
- Iterate on designs we've created and look for ways to build on top of them.
- Work in Adobe Photoshop
- Work independently and take own initiatives
- Create GIFs and make simple Video edits with your phone

Bonus:
- Copy writing (main ad copy + headlines) experience
