Export Sales

Description:
A USA Export Import Trading Food company is in need of an Export Sales position working remotely in the Philippines to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
• Prepare quotations
• Preparing marketing material and special offers
• Preparation and follow-up of customer orders
• Implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases
• Coordinating logistics
• Preparing documents
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Develop new business with potential customers
• Coordinate with vendors and resolve issues

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years working experience in trading company;
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attitude with an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Highly disciplined, independent, and organized
- College or equivalent degree
- Comfort with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to meet deadline and detail-oriented
- Fluency in Spanish, Chinese or Arabic is plus

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Base salary US$500 per month after pass three month probation
