DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assess hardware and software malfunctions by means of diagnostic tools and customer input.
2. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.
3. Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors Degree graduate preferably Engineering, Software or Information Tech Course
2. Preferably with experience in software developing, web programming and electronic repairs (including maintenance and troubleshooting).
3. At least 1 year working experience.
4. Very good customer service and negotiation skills.
5. Good oral and written communication skills.
6. Possess a can do attitude.
