Process Engineer

Job description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Conducts regular monitoring of process yield and yield limiters.

Ø Conducts low yield analysis and publishes a corresponding low yield analysis report.

Ø Performs weekly pareto analysis of yield limiters.

Ø Implementation action plus directed towards yield and process efficiency improvement.

Ø Generates and updates or revise instructions, flowcharts and specifications for the production process, or for requirements.

Ø Conducts failure analysis on customer returns and ensure corrective actions are implemented as per documentation.

Ø Maintain consistent communication to management of process indicators and their analysis as well as other process engineering activities and issues through weekly reports.

Ø Provide technical assistance and guidance to process technicians.

Ø Conducts technical evaluations and process characterizations as deemed necessary and publish appropriate engineering evaluation reports.

Ø Assume leadership resolution of line issues through meetings with other engineering staff and other department.

Ø Ensure compliance by production personnel to established process parameters.

Ø Define appropriate process parameters and production operating windows.

Ø Ensure new materials or substitute materials are evaluated and qualified prior to use on the line.

Ø Maintain constant communication with technicians through weekly staff meetings.

Ø Translate sectional objectives into individual objectives ( in unison in departmental objectives)

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduate of Engineering course (ME, EE, ECE, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering)

-1-3 years or more of working Experience.

-With experience on Semiconductor Company is an advantage.
