Job Description
1. Accomadate staff go to clinic or hospital
2. Arrange to make appointment for clinic or hospital
3. Maxicare card claiming or provide consultation
4. Conduct covid swab antigen test
5. Check the daily health condition form of all staff
6. Data entry for health condition of staff
7. Medicine inventory management and provide medication to staff according to health condition

Job Requirement:
1. Registered nurse license
2. Nursing school degree
3. Postgraduate degree in basic occupational health and safety.
4. Working experience as a company or a regular nurse.
5. Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
6. Proven knowldege of medication and physcological effect of those medication
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills
8. Critical-thinking skills
9. A warm and caring disposition
