Job Purpose
Sales Coordinator is in charge as support system to sales team. Their main responsibilities is to coordinate with the sales team by managing purchase order system processing, monitoring sample inventory, filing and sharing important documents and communicating relevant information to ensure that sales requirements and additional team goals are consistently
1. Purchase Order
a. Encoding customer purchase order requirement to E-System.
2. Product Code Application
a. Prepares product code application for new products.
b. Prepares product code shipment extension of existing products from sea code to air code and vice versa.
c. Request for product code extension (code 5 / code 6 / code 7) to Supply Chain Management.
3. Sample Inventory Management
a. Monthly monitoring of sample inventory and prepare sample request per respective supplier and coordinates with Buyer for sample allocation.
4. EMB Application
a. Prepares EMB application and submit to Technical Innovation Department for EMB application processing.
5. Other Sales Concerns on the condition that Salesman is on field work
a. Prepares sample request provided that Salesman will produce all required information.
b. Forward technical documents such as COA, PDS, MSDS, etc. to Salesman.
c. Prepares customer application form and update Customer information via e-system provided that Salesman will produce all required information.
d. Prepares JO request form provided that Salesman will produce all required information.
e. Submit/follow-up documents for signature which is prepared by Salesman.
6. Department Coordination
a. Coordinates with other department for urgent matters concerning sales
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2-4 years of experience in product and technical l knowledge
· Background in technical support and good communication skills
