Acquisitions Manager

Join my team in helping homeowners find a solution to their unique situations. The job will entail calling leads, prequalifying them, gathering information, entering into CRM, and setting appointments.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to make calls between 10:00am and 6:00pm CST. Looking to get about 500 calls a month. So it should be enough a part time job and only take little effort to do about 25 calls a day
- Must be Reliable, Need to be able to consistently work remotely without supervision in a quiet location.
- Tech savvy – Need to know how to use a smartphone, google, and learn how to use web based applications
- Typing skills : Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects
- Phone : No need to worry about phone - you will be required to login through ---------- to make calls
- Computer - Must Have a Desktop or Laptop with high speed internet access.
- Freelancer will need to call in and leave a brief qualifying message to verify your English skills
- Previous real estate cold calling experience with MojoDialer is preferred, but script will be provided
- Positive Attitude!!!
