Construction Project Manager

We are looking for someone with experience in managing and overseeing small to large scale projects, conducting material takeoff, material and labor costing, and facilitating bidding or procurement process.
The VA must have proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and must be a motivated individual dedicated to delivering the best quality of service!
Must have construction/ Renovation experience.
This candidate will work for a Canadian company. They will be managing our office in Ontario and taking care of all admin/ office tasks.
