Position Overview:
The Human Resources Support Liaison at Mirapath is responsible for coordinating and assisting with a variety of human resources activities including recruiting, employee tracking, and serving as the primary in-house liaison with Mirapath’s PEO service, ADP TotalSource. This role reports directly to the COO.
Job Description
• Manage sourcing and initial vetting of new candidates. Coordinate interviews with appropriate stakeholders at the company
• Conduct reference and background checks for applicants
• Work with PEO contact to develop and execute onboarding process including creation of employee records, putting together offer package and coordination of onboarding training
• Coordinate with PEO contact to keep all policies up to date and serve as the first point of contact for employees with policy questions
• Manage HRIS to ensure employee information and payroll processing are accurate, process benefit enrollment/changes, process annual performance review, and assist employees in addressing any questions or updates needed.
• Work with PEO contact to clearly communicate updates to benefits with employees annually and facilitate enrollment through ADP.
• Facilitate and manage annual performance reviews.
• Work with team on the creation of internal training videos via LMS
• Collect all necessary paperwork from employees & update internal records
• Assist managers with communication and preparation for these meetings
• Manage quarterly recognition initiatives including KickAss Awards, Employee of the Quarter, and Years of Service
• Manage internal company communication and solicitation of feedback, including All Hands Meetings, employee surveys, slack/email updates, 1:1 and department meetings, etc.
• Work with operations and services teams to address any safety house, and track all incidents, injuries, prepare annual OSHA reporting
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of human resources experience
• BA/BS in Business or Communications
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Office
• Experience with United States and California employment laws related to compliance and liability (strongly preferred)
• Motivated, driven, and comfortable taking initiative to complete tasks assigned
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful and ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
Position Details:
Full-Time Remote Work
Permanent Night Shift (PST Time)
Work Duration: 8hrs/day; Monday to Friday (California Time)
