I am looking for somebody who has the following qualities:

1) Perfect understanding of English Language
2) Can write English above average
3) Understands what a good backlink is and what a bad backlink is
4) Has done backlink analysis in the past and is familiar with the process

If you can do the following to, then you are that much ahead of the other applicants.
5) Bonus: Understands on Page SEO, including best practices, site structure (silo), how to optimize a site for speed, best internal linking structures, etc.
6) Bonus: Is familiar with Google Webmaster tools, and rich text markups, fixing broken links, fixing sitemaps, prioritizing sitemaps, etc.

Helpful if familiar with Wordpress, ahrefs.com, keyword research, and other tools.

1. Show me a site you have performed on page SEO for.
2. Explain to me what you did and why you did it.
3. Show me a site you have done a backlink analysis on, if you haven't done one before, then get a domain of a local business, and perform a backlink analysis on it.
