Virtual Assistant

My name is Mac Li and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help our organization's sales, marketing, and service departments work together to deliver seamless customer service. Normally, VAs work with their organization's management, customer, or client teams to continually understand, define and then refine the customer base while providing and delivering the best!

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 1-3 years experience in direct customer service, technical support, software integration, digital marketing, customer relationship management

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with a variety of CRM, scheduling, and financial software

• Experience in analyzing student academic outcomes and developing a rubric for diagnostics testing

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting both internally and externally

• Demonstrated success in building client relationships

• Strong familiarity with technology trends and innovative solutions for customer growth

• Understanding of how technology can be applied to demonstrate the value of a product to consumer and institutional customers
