Hey there!

We're looking for an amazing content manager that can thoroughly edit, proofread, and update content to our specifications.

You're the PERFECT candidate for this role if you have not only editing skills but can tell what GREAT blog content looks like. From how to keep the reader's attention engaged to how to remove the fluff from an article.

We intend to offer $4-6/hr for this role depending on the level of experience. Aiming to start as a part-time role (15-20 hours/week) that can, within 3-6 months, grow into full-time for the right candidate.

Doing the math for you here **crunching numbers**, this will be:
- $460 to $690 full-time
- $230 to $345 part-time

What you'll do:
- You'll edit writers' work and give them feedback on how to improve, explaining the edits you do when appropriate.
- You'll communicate with a Virtual Assistant once the article is ready to be published -- so he/she can publish it on the site.
- You'll make sure the content that gets published on our site is engaging, free of fluff and grammatical mistakes.
- You'll also update old content to improve the quality of anything that's been already published.

Requirements:
- You’ve edited before — so share your portfolio. Ideally the before and after.
- Microphone/webcam to have occasional meetings with me and other writers
- Basic knowledge of what web content looks like. You'll be trained thoroughly on this during a paid probatory period.
