We have multiple growing E-commerce brands that we sell in the technology, health, and wellness space and we are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a passion for creating beautiful and engaging content and helping increase exposure through social media platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Has an extreme attention to detail
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Experienced in Google products
- Experienced with Slack
- Experienced with documentation and using a PM software
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Has a natural curiosity to arrive at creative solutions to solve varied concerns
- Average to advanced copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to create and implement social media strategies
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee day-to-day management of all social media brands campaign and ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (promotions, giveaways, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
