Assistant

1) Call to Set Appointments for Real Estate Leads up to 10 Calls per day using a script (so english proficiency is critical)
2) Learn to use and become proficient using ---------- (sms & ringless voicemail marketing platform)
3) Learn to use and become proficient using ---------- (crm)
4) Learn how to fill out and electronically send contracts through ---------- (similar to docusign)
5) Learn to upload pictures of homes to website platform.
6) Learn how to upload and import contacts to the above platforms

Must have high speed internet.
Access to skype,
WhatsApp,
slack.
Must be good with computers, online technology and learning software platforms.
Must me detailed oriented and organized.

This role will be responsible to setting up, and maintaining our marketing systems. You will also be required
to set appointments when the leads come in. When you become good at this you find your day hardly requiring
more than 5 hours per day and some days you won't have to work at all! But either way, you will still be paid.

This role is a Key Role in growing my company. Must be a person who takes pride in going above expectations.

The compensation is only the foundation, the right person will receive bonuses and earn more as the company
earns more. When we sell a property you will make as much as an additional $25,000 PHP to over $50,000 PHP.
You will receive all holidays off.

Even as full-time, we don't work 40 hours per week. However sometimes we do, our philosophy is do what it takes to get the
job done. We care people. We live to have fun, make memories and enjoy our friends and loved ones.

I have lived in the phillipines for 3 years. I know, love and understand the culture. My mother use to be a teacher there and someday I intend to bring my family to visit and hopefully if you are the right person, we will be coming to visit you too!
