JOB OVERVIEW

Work requirements:

1: Can adapt to the time difference in the United States and need to work in the United States.

2: Interested in automotive electronic spare parts products

3: Able to drive by oneself and have a better understanding of cars. Understand customer needs faster

Work content: Pre-sale:

1: Respond to customer questions about product purchase and selection through online, telephone, email, etc., and promote customers to purchase website products;

2: Collect customer purchase demand information, accurately record and feedback various customer problems. Advise the company on new products in stock

3: Process customer orders in a timely manner, solve and track the progress of order delivery, and contact customers by phone in time when encountering address or other problems to ensure that the order is completed on time;

After sale

1: Understand product installation tutorials and product use tutorials, and remotely support customers to solve installation and use problems through telephone.

2: Deal with and record all kinds of complaints and disputes in a timely manner.

1: Familiar with product information, write a product article every week.

2: Assist the company to upload products, optimize website product copywriting and articles.
