3D Modeler/Render

In need of a 3D modeler who can help in rendering plans from 2D architect plans. Must be able to help in preparing methodology plans
as part of standard operating procedure.


Would be a plus if candidate has a strong technical background that can help solve technical problems and provide reasonable solutions for a roofing and construction company.

Job Requirements

a. Reasonable English comprehension and technical writing ability. Must speak great English.
b. Problem solving abilities
c. data entry experience
d. Design skills would be a plus
e. Must be able to work well with teams.
f. Must be familiar with 3D and 2D Rendering Software like SketchUp Pro, Lumion, Blender or any other rendering software applicable.
g. Will need visual rendering plans created for project briefings and methodology plans.
h. Must have a little experience in the construction and or roofing industry or some what enough technical background to fill role.
I. Must be able to read construction plans and create visual method plans for them.
