So right now, our company is growing INCREDIBLY fast, and we are currently looking for our next superstar Community Manager.

You MUST be a people person. This cannot be faked. You should be the person your friends turn to FEEL BETTER no matter how down in the dumps they may be. Others can always count to you to inject POSITIVE ENERGY into their lives.

Words that may have been used to describe you: bubbly, happy go lucky, cheerful, inspiring, social butterfly, extrovert, etc.

This job is FULL TIME, and will require 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week (Monday - Friday). You must have availability from 9 AM - 5 PM CST. If you can take calls on Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST, that would be even better (I work 6 days/week myself), though Saturday is not necessary. Central Time is the time zone that we are in.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- You MUST be able to commit full time, 40 hours/week ---------- most companies, 40 hours/week is the "standard." On my team - that is the bare MINIMUM.
- Your PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY is to make our clients FEEL GOOD, FEEL SPECIAL, AND FEEL SUPPORTED.

1) Coaching them on limiting beliefs and helping them get out of their way
2) Motivating, inspiring, and encouraging them to believe in themselves
3) Putting out client fires (people asking for refunds or cancellations/pauses)
4) Showcasing "celebrity clients" by scheduling them in for client-led masterclasses/trainings
5) Recognizing and awarding clients who have taken massive action and gotten results
6) Hosting competitions to inspire our clients to push harder
7) Messaging clients to hold them accountable to their plan of execution towards their goals.
8) Collecting and reporting client wins
9) Managing our private client ---------- munity (engaging with EVERY post, encouraging our clients, and posting motivational content)
10) Any other ideas for making our clients feel a sense of LOYALTY and BELONGING to our community

- In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will also be building systems and processes and contributing to improving the client experience.
- You will be responsible for daily REPORTING on multiple communication channels (slack, text message, spreadsheets, etc., and so a HIGH attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 20-30 minutes of reporting work /day.

- If you are not willing to work some weekends, or a few extra hours because the team needs you, this is not for you.
- If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply.
- If you do not like a startup culture where things move VERY FAST and you're expected to keep up, do not apply.
- If you cannot handle a demanding environment where your CEO (Richard) will be tough on you when giving you constructive criticism, this is not for you.

***NO SIDE HUSTLES ARE ALLOWED. If you are on my team, you will be earning more money than you've ever made in the past, but that ONLY comes with hard work and focus. Having a side business, a "Youtube channel" or any other side gigue meant to make you money is not tolerated, and if you're not willing to give up your side hustle, this is not for you.

***If you are a student, this is probably not for you. When I say this is 40+ hours a week, in CT Time zone, I mean ---------- negotiating on that.

Here is the compensation:

This job will start off at $10 USD/Hour, but there is a LOT of room to grow. The person for this role would be making $10-15 USD+/hour in the coming 6-12 months as you continue to grow in your leadership on my team.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company.
