The Spread Food LTD operates food markets. Our Trade Partners, the independent food businesses that operate with us, utilise payment hardware and software supplied to them by The Spread in order that they can trade to the general public at our markets.
This oversight of transactional performance ensures that we leverage sales data to maximise the income potential for our Trade Partners by identifying and refining the correct product mix as well as being able to ensure that the landlords of the premises from which we operate, the Trade Partners and the Spread share in the risk and the reward with simple turnover based license agreements.
There are a number of limitations of our current EPOS provider which we are looking to overcome by moving over to Stripe Terminal and Connect
The limitations of our current EPOS provider will be overcome with Stripes functionality:
- Stripe's onboarding processes takes responsibly for KYC and AML verification.
- Our trade Partners can input their products and prices as part of their onboarding processes
- Invoices can automatically be generated and sent to the respective parties.
- Multi Party Settlement capability means that payments automatically go to the respective parties.
Respondents should be aware that our website is currently built on Wix which may need to change to incorporate Stripe.
We are looking for someone that can manage the relationship with Stripe and set up the new system from start to finish with weekly deliverables outlined before the job is agreed and completed at weekly progress review meetings.
