Website Support/Developer

Magicdust is a busy and energetic digital agency, based in Sydney Australia. We are looking for a bright enthusiastic team player to join our web development and support teams. Ideally, you will be a dynamic individual with a high attention to detail and a passion for the digital space and customer service. Working in a fast-paced environment, the role requires the
an experienced skilled support / help desk specialist with web development, hosting environments and customer service skills.

We have an ongoing commitment to all our clients in the support of their websites. We have a wide range of requests and issues from our client which need to be handled with excellence, intelligence and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for providing support to our existing clients and developing a variety of custom and theme” Wordpress websites.

Must Haves:
3 years of solid technical experience.
Experience with cPanel.
Experience with Wordpress
Experience with WooCommerce.
Experience troubleshooting email issues (Outlook, Mac Mail, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Familiar with Call centre/support ---------- mitted and intelligent problem solver.
Experience developing themes from scratch or with Underscores.
Experience with Advanced Custom Fields Pro.
Experience with LESS.
Familiarity with the command line.
Experience with Git version control.
Exhibits proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript,

Professional Skills:
Support desk experience.
Experience with Photoshop & InDesign

This position provides lots of variety in a well supported environment within the Cebu and Sydney, Australia teams.

To be successful, you will need to have your own working environment set up including computer equipment and good internet access.
