Virtual Assistant Job Description
Thriving international nursing organization looking for a well-organized and professional Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, such as: strategically growing our social media platforms, organizing and automating our business processes, improving our online presence through marketing and lead generation, creating graphics & digital products and creating content/writing copy.
To be successful as our virtual assistant you must have a suitable internet connection and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
• Social media marketing and growth
• Lead generation and building funnels
• Collaborate to build stronger business strategy and structure
• Collaborate to build stronger automation and organization
• Create graphics & digital products (ebooks, courses, flyers, banners, etc.)
• Editing audio/video (ie: for things such as marketing materials, YouTube, podcast)
• Create content/copy
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Proficiency with social media platforms
• Experience with Wordpress
• Proficiency with Canva
• Proficiency with Zoom
• Proficiency with copyrighting and content creation
• Proficiency with marketing and business growth (lead generation, automation, funnels)
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in English
