About the Role
As our Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for serving our audience of parents by:
• Managing all
• Own and execute core aspects of the marketing calendar
• Analysing campaign performance in HubSpot & Google Analytics and provide feedback to the Head of Retail
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks for the smooth running of our online webinars and events.
• Developing creative and engaging content that can be used for blog posts and social media purposes.
• Uploading, publishing and distributing digital content across multiple channels (YouTube, Wix CMS, WordPress CMS,
If successful in getting the role, you will work directly with our COO and Head of Retail who are based in Melbourne. We will entertain flexible and work from home arrangements.
This role is available as a part time or full time role.
About You

Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital marketing, Writing or Communication or equivalent work experience.
• An interest or experience in the education space.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or Pardot.
• Knowledge of Wix/Wordpress is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Adobe suits and Canva.
