Our bookkeeping and leasing application screening is handled by outsourced teams based in the Philippines as well.

We are seeking candidates to support different areas of the business, based on the skills and interests of the
Positions Available:
Asset Management
Track and organize property information including mortgage loans, insurance, property taxes, etc.
Bookkeeping support, review monthly operating statements, identify discrepancies for further investigation by bookkeeping team. Work with Investment Manager.
Transaction Coordination
Track and manage information related to sales transactions. Assist sales broker with completing real estate forms and contracts. Coordinate various transaction steps. Manage and enter information for real estate listings. Work with Real Estate Broker.
Valuation Analysis
Analyze comparable sales to determine property value for properties we are considering for purchase or sale. Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports. Work with Real Estate Broker.
Property Management Support
Manage and update rental
Customer Service / Tenant Relations
Manage relations with our rental property tenants via phone,
Short Term Rental Management
Manage guest communication on Airbnb messaging system. Ensure positive guest experience during their stay. Coordinate with cleaning crews for unit turnovers. Manage listings and reservation calendars.
Job Requirements
Well organized home office setup without outside noise or distraction
Reliable power and internet required. Backup systems required.
Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm central time, with 30 minute lunch break.
Full-time, minimum 40 hrs per week
Be fully focused during work hours, do not work on other jobs, freelance work, or personal items
Must be detail oriented and have good organization skills
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to follow detailed instructions and communicate if clarification is needed
Must be capable of providing quality work and be comfortable with being held accountable if errors are made
Must be good at problem
If errors are made applicant must be able to determine root cause: identify if process needs improvement or what needs to be improved to be more successful in the future. We encourage your feedback to help us to continuously improve as a team.
Relevant experience in areas such as: Bookkeeping, Finances, Asset Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Business Information Systems.
