Programmer - Web Developer

I would like to get a simple program created that searches Instagram for posts with a high comment number within a hashtag.

Ie it would find me posts with over 100 comments in the hashtag love - it would send me a list of clickable urls with how many comments, likes the post had as well as the account owners name and number of followers.

This is a part time position while it develops but may turn into a longer term thing for several hours a month.
