IMMEDIATE HIRE: Amazon Launch, PPC & SEO Manager with Great Analytical Skills - Bonuses + 13th Month Pay + Sick Days

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company selling on Amazon (Private Label) for over 5 years.
We are looking for a talented Superstar VA to work from the comfort of their own home and help grow our business, someone analytical who loves analyzing data & strategizing.

Your role will require you to work closely with the management team, create launch strategies, plan promotions, and keep track of the most important metrics of the business.

This position offers a lot of room for growth and promotions for the right candidates.
First 4-8 Weeks (Training Period): 4 Hours/Day
After that, you will transition into a full-time position (8 Hours/Day).

After the training period (4-8 weeks), you’ll be responsible for KPIs Tracking, Keyword Research, Amazon SEO & Ranking management.
We’ll slowly teach you more and more aspects of your role such as managing Product Launches, Amazon PPC, Keyword Tracking & Management.
We’re looking for someone who’s able to train and manage new employees in the future (!)

Skills Required:
* Basic knowledge about the "Amazon FBA" model
* Some experience with SEO/PPC on Amazon/Google/Facebook [IMPORTANT]
* Good level of reading and writing English
* Analytical Background - Great analytical skills & analytical thinking
* Great with excel/google sheets!
* Able to follow structured plans
* Computer literate with experience working online

Job Duties:
* Creating launch & promotions strategies with the management team
* Tracking the most important metrics in our business
* Managing our Amazon PPC campaigns
* Create & Manage A/B tests
* Keyword Research
* Keywords Tracking & Management
* Learning new tasks and creating Working Procedures for them

Compensation Plan:
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 Paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve
