Apartment Concierge - Real Estate - Sales

We help apartment seekers in Texas find great apartments at great deals. Looking for a dependable full time hire to answer calls to obtain apartment specifications needed. We will provide a VOIP phone account and systems software. If interested be sure to tell us your favorite color. Again, we are looking for a reliable person that is comfortable answering calls, obtaining search criteria and explaining the companies services.

Real Estate Experience Preferred but not Mandatory.
Hours - 9AM-5:30 PM - Central Standard Time - Houston, Chicago Time
Monday - Friday
*$5 USD / Hour* + $25 per closing (1-2 per day)

Job Accountability
1. Learn Companies Computer Database Software
2. Answer calls, obtain lease requirements, and explain companies services.
3. Enter information into computer systems software.


Qualifications:
1. Ability to quickly understand computer systems software
2. Confidant in asking questions for efficient understanding
3. Clearly communicate via phone, text, and??email
4. Punctuality and dependable
