Podcast Virtual Assistant

This will initially be part-time, approximately 20 hours, with the opportunity to increase to full-time for the right person.
There will also be the opportunity to increase the p/h rate as you take on more responsibilities.

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are:

*Listening back to our podcasts & webinars and picking out good audio quotes that would get the attention of our audience
* Transcribing our podcasts using Otter.ai (very easy)
* Posting our podcast to our hosting platform (I'll show you how to do this, also very easy)
*Liaising with our clients who we are making podcasts for via Whatsapp/email
*Easy Social Media Tasks like creating posts using images, graphics and words from our podcasts & webinars
*Posting on Social Media
*Commenting, Liking and messaging people on Instagram & LinkedIn
*Simple video clip editing (e.g. pressing start & end) & adding subtitles in English
*Checking our Facebook Group & moderating posts

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

I founded my podcast agency, ---------- . We create podcasts for both global brands and individual entrepreneurs.
I have been working with Filipino's since the pandemic started and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me.
