Community Animator

• Facilitate regular meetings to provide opportunities for members to discuss Pinas Forward's operations, discuss current
events impacting the community and identify upcoming advocacy and organizing opportunities
• Identify & develop member leaders through regular meetings, trainings and outreach activities
• Conduct outreach, base building, training, education and leadership development among youth members of Pinas
Forward
• Network & coordinate with government agencies, companies and NGOs in furtherance of Pinas Forward's advocacies
• Host community listening sessions and issue-based research to refine campaign context and direction
• Actively participate in organizational planning and dutifully submit required data for continuous improvement of Pinas
Forward's programs
